shipping okay was left outside in the snow and rain never evey knocked on door. then rubber piece off bottom is coming off. burned out pickel on screen. of course cosmic scuffs and things no owners manuals or books. dropped in box and shipped packaging not best. but laptop in bag then shoved in box shipped.
