these are meant for an old electrical system like I mean old electrical system or electrical systems that need a lot of help and have a lot of sparks from the outlets like I did and a lot of heavy appliance usage but I have seen a significant reduction in my wattage usage per day I keep track of it regularly every month so I am convinced that they are working cuz I have seen a significant reduction in electrical spikes from the outlets and the appliances seem to be running a bit better and not as often even though I have not touched any of the settings on the appliances I use them as normal overall I think they have significantly reduced my electric bill It takes a while for the effect to happen but it only took maybe a month or two having them consistently plugged in.
