Trick not a treat

Bait and switch, item was not as desired. I received a cheap dollar store hat with a sticker of a skull and bones and cheap gold trim. The item I received was so horrible it was a one time use hat for a small child's party. Seller should feel ashamed for trying to pass of a dollar store item at $30.00, they even had the nerve to include an invoice with a handwritten thank you note. What a joke. I'm returning it and won't be tricked by this seller again.
