pulls are 5 1/8” C to C, v hard to switch out
Overall product is fine, but VERY disappointed in the size of the pulls. The pull size is not listed anywhere. I assumed they would be a standard pull size. I emailed and was told it was a 5 1/8” center to center hole and that the size “makes it easy to switch them out”. I have looked everywhere for pulls that will fit this. There are about 5 styles and they are very outdated. I cannot find a single polished chrome style. I requested that the post the hardware size on their site to prevent this from happening to someone else. They will send you a different finish if you request it, but they offer only one style.
