I finally received my gym pal. I tried some exercises for smaller muscle groups, and changing the weight was really convenient. I don't have to carry dumbbells or plates anymore. I'm looking forward to trying the bench press when bench and bar arrive, still waiting for them~

This is my day 1 review of the gympal and overall I highly recommend this device. I was worried about the 220lbs weight limit but it is more than enough for me. I finished my sets with bench press and dead lift and very sore the next day. The app will take some time to get used to though. Also I'm not to sure if I had the settings wrong but it seemed like I had to turn on the "spotter" mode every time I turned it on. Not sure if there's a "saved" settings for spotter mode.
