Item shipped quickly and came as advertised. It would be nice if it came with tie-backs and/or if the bottom edges of the canopy could be secured in place though - the wind pulls the canopy around a fair bit. Nothing that a few bungee cords can't handle, but it's something we didn't consider when we bought. Overall it's a nice addition to our deck and shades the corner where our trees don't. Good value, especially at the sale price!
