I did some looking before settling on this adjustable base. Awesome price value when compared to others. I did the split king instead of the one piece king. I picked this base because of the foot height when adjusted. Other bases in this price range had less the half of this one's foot height at maximum. I suffer from Lymphedema and need to elevate my feet daily. I'm on my feet all day and the height for the feet really help to relieve swelling in my feet and legs. Also has good range for upper torso. I used 13" twin XL mattresses to complete the bed for a very good price. Was very easy to setup once laid out and instructions are straight forward. About thirty minutes for both bases. Can be set to different heights according to your needs. I used all 24 height adjusters. 4 on each leg for a total of six per base. Height is approximately 15" when set up this way without mattresses. Fits inside my old king frame. Highly recommended for the cost and value. Thinking of purchasing again for guess room. l
