Dangerous product

The bed broke in less that 3 months. I was in bed and I'm pregnant when this happened and now Walmart it's pretending that I buy boxes to send the bed trough FedEx so I can have my money back. Without not even providing an email that I can send at least the pictures of the broken bed. So now I don't have bed. The legs of the bed were getting broke too. I contacted the seller and they never responded it. I had to call today to the Walmart costumer service so I can new what's going on. DANGEROUS PRODUCT and TERRIBLE COSTUMER SERVICE. I will report this at the costumer protection!!!!
