Great Awning!!!!!

Great awning! This has saved us a ton on air-conditioning. Works great and we didn't even get divorced installing it. Lol I will say, be careful with the metal piece that you attach the valance and the awning too. It's not marked and we had ours upside down. That was not fun to correct....

Great product for a very great price

My family loves the awning. It is very well made considering the incredible price compared to Sunsetter and others. The ONLY negative is that they need better instructions as they are severly lacking. The center support roller that they tell you to install in step 8 or 9 is not possible. It looks like they modified the bracket for more strength and never updated the instructions. I had to take about 1/3 of the awning to put the roller support in place. I had to use a file on the arm connectors and I installed one of the arms upside down as there is no way to tell which way it is supposed to be until it is too late. With these simple instructional improvements, this would have been a breeze to install. Either way, great product, great price, fix the instructions and you got an absolute winner.
