Lorell, LLR99957, Full-spectrum 22-watt Bulb Magnifying Lamp, 1 Each, Black

This is an LED lamp with a glass lens. The base / arms are steel, and the lamp case is plastic. It's states "22-watt" but note this is *not* a T9 Circline fluorescent lamp. It does not produce as much light as "22W" would seem to indicate with LEDs (2800 lumens!) I would estimate it puts out approx 800 lumens, about as much as a 60W bulb. Useful, but not "22W" of light. Otherwise well made and well packaged for the price. The shade is removed / replaced easily by simply pulling it out of the detent. Much better lamp than the one available at the "Freight" store, especially because this one has an optically correct glass lens that can be cleaned, easily removable shade that stays up, and doesn't have a ballast that will fry within a year. the arms move easily and stay put where you leave them. This one is also dimmable (you suppy LED dimmer). Solid B of a lamp; just wish it was brighter.
