I bought a new electric toothbrush, and the instructions suggested you use a gel toothpaste. So, I got on Walmart and looked at several, and this one stood out to me. I definitely made the right choice. This has everything in it. It has a whitener, freshens breath, sensitivity relief, etc., etc., and of course, cavity and plaque protection. It also has an amazing spearmint flavor. The flavor isn't overpowering, but it does have a little zing to it. I've used Colgate for probably at least 40 years and they never let me down.

its hard to find spearmint toothpaste! this is gel, but i had to sacrifice the paste to get the flavor. I hate peppermint but that's the majority of what's out there. The burn is not overpowering just makes your mouth fresh. I love thats it's Total. Wish it came in larger tube!
