Ever since Nicorette changed their formula, I've been using these. Compared to Nicorette's mint, they're okay…very similar. But compared to Nicorette's peppermint, the new flavor, Equate wins hands down. And now I'm saving money because they're about $20 cheaper than name brand. Thank you, Equate!

Preferred nicotine choice. Like a tic tac. Can go down and be used to quit completely too. I did quit for a while anyway pack of four and not too pricy. Dissolves like a mint then it's gone so it's not a constant habit like dip or chew because you end up having that in your mouth for a couple hours sometimes, people see it etc. same with the nicotine pouches, end up staying in your gum for long time, you don't notice it's a prolonged habit.
