Good Picture Clarity, prompt customer followup

I bought these cameras a few months ago. I need a replacement system to replace those systems that break down after one year of use. These cameras provide good clear images and user-friendly interfaces, including mobile applications. The biggest advantage is customer service. I had to call to support twice. The first reason is that I forgot the master password. They provided a quick solution. The second issue is that I suddenly have two cameras malfunctioning. I sent an email to the support personnel and they replied to my email within an acceptable time. Troubleshooting through email does take some time, but once a defective device is discovered, the agent will be prompted to start the replacement process. My agent Aimee has been involved in this process from beginning to end. She has been following up to let me know that the items have been received. When the products are returned to her hands, she will follow up to ensure they are working properly and whether I have any further trouble. I would recommend these cameras on the product and the customer service.
