Easy set up and great customer support

This camera system is fantastic and simple to install. Upon arrival, I encountered a few minor issues with the unit, but their customer support team was excellent and very cooperative. The clarity of the 8MP camera is truly remarkable, even when zooming in.

Easy to setup and run!

Setting up and operating this system is a breeze, and we haven't encountered any issues so far. However, there are a few features on our wish list for potential improvements. Firstly, we wish the resolution could be better, as we've experimented with different monitors but haven't found a satisfactory solution yet (although there may be a setup function we haven't discovered). Secondly, we'd appreciate a slightly wider vertical and horizontal viewing range, perhaps around 6-10 degrees more, to cover our needs more comprehensively. Lastly, it would be convenient to have a remote box for the mouse and monitor, especially since our monitor is located over 100 feet away from our secure room (we've ordered long HDMI and USB cables to address this). Despite these minor points, we're overall satisfied with the system and would purchase it again.
