I ordered this personalized album for my daughter?s 50th birthday. I was given misinformation regarding refills. However, after contacting the company, the issue was resolved exceeding my expectations. The representative was understanding and extremely helpful!!! Strongly recommend this company.

I am so glad I discovered Gallery Leather! I ordered two of these albums and asked for 5x7 photo paper inside. They arrived and they are beautiful - the ordering process was very smooth. They have paper sized for 5x7 photos just as I asked, and Gallery Direct sent tracking emails quickly. The leather is exquisite (I ordered Acadia Deep Red and they look just like the photo). The quality is outstanding. Such well-made products are so hard to find. When I read the "Our Story" page on this site, I loved to learn the history of the company and to read that they make sure to take care of their employees with health insurance, etc. I will definitely buy more products. I have bought many albums over the years but nothing has ever been even close to these. Truly the best product on the market.
