Beautiful fireplace!

This fireplace was purchased to replace a different one from another brand that never worked out of the box. Not only is it beautiful, it works perfectly and just as expected. Thank you Touchstone for carrying quality items for the home!

Simply amazing!

This fireplace is simply beautiful to look at, and the functionality is amazing! The flames look very realistic, especially with the logs that are lit from underneath. Honestly, at first glance, you would think it was a gas fireplace. It puts out a good amount of heat, and takes the chill off my living room, which is exactly what I wanted. Also, working with Touchstone has been a wonderful experience, and I would highly recommend them. Not only did they assist me with my purchase, they answered my questions immediately, shipped my fireplace right away, and kept me up-to-date throughout the entire process.I could not be more pleased with this purchase and with working with this company. Great experience all around!

Electric Fireplace

Simply wonderful. I had my contractor install it as I had some other work done. I love the variety of the flames, colors and the quietness of it. It gives a good ambiance to the room. I had it installed on a brick wall, and it is gorgeous at night.
