Damaged outside umbrella

I purchased this umbrella in around February 1924 on sale solar tan one I put insurance on it in case it got damaged. I used it and put it up in June. No, I'm sorry in May for Mother's Day and got my patio all set up. I raised it up only three times and after the third time it broke, it did not last. It was not a windy day that I had it up or anything. It just broke and it will not raise anymore. I want the insurance to pay for me a new one and have it sent out.
