Not what was expected

We ordered this headset because I was told my autistic son would benefit from it as a gaming headset... When we received it, it wasn't the headset we ordered... It didn't have any dongles, cables or the headset holder... We are still waiting for our refund and yet they sent us this thanking us for buying it and asking for a review... Did I mention we are still waiting to hear about our refund after we already sent it back? I am a little perturbed....
