Amazing Post-Sale Service and Support
I did not expect Andte, the company that makes this product in China and sells it on Walmart.com, would honor its product warranty commitment with no hassles. It was amazing that I could receive the seller's timely help and 100% satisfactory results with just a few emails. I purchased a new Andte dehumidifier a year ago. The unit recently stopped working properly under normal operating conditions. I contacted Andte's support team, trying to open a warranty repair case. Sean from Andte Customer Support replied to my request promptly. After just a couple of back-and-forth emails for clarification, he determined that the unit is defective and offered a replacement with no further actions from my side. FedEx delivered a brand-new replacement unit in 2 days. It has been working perfectly since. No hassles and no additional cost from the buyer. Great company, willing to provide impeccable post-sale services and support! I highly recommend buying their products.

This thing really works!
I took this machine out of the box, hooked it up, and turned it on, and it works incredibly well. I wish I had purchased this machine many years ago instead of using multiple home units. It reduced the humidity from over 60% to below 40% overnight. I highly recommend this unit.
