Amazing Post-Sale Service and Support
I did not expect Andte, the company that makes this product in China and sells it on Walmart.com, would honor its product warranty commitment with no hassles. It was amazing that I could receive the seller's timely help and 100% satisfactory results with just a few emails. I purchased a new Andte dehumidifier a year ago. The unit recently stopped working properly under normal operating conditions. I contacted Andte's support team, trying to open a warranty repair case. Sean from Andte Customer Support replied to my request promptly. After just a couple of back-and-forth emails for clarification, he determined that the unit is defective and offered a replacement with no further actions from my side. FedEx delivered a brand-new replacement unit in 2 days. It has been working perfectly since. No hassles and no additional cost from the buyer. Great company, willing to provide impeccable post-sale services and support! I highly recommend buying their products.

A company that stand behind their product
I purchased this dehumidifier in 2020, and I encountered an issue with it in July 2022. When I contacted the company, they were fantastic from the beginning. I explained my problems, and they acted promptly, handling the warranty process and involving their engineering team. They even covered the shipping costs to have it repaired. Within a week, I received an email saying they would replace the entire unit, all at no cost to me. The entire experience, from start to finish, was excellent. This level of customer service alone makes the product purchase worthwhile!
