There is no step by step instructions on how to assemble the Mammoth EX model. Brooklet is of no use pictures in booklet are not the same as the items that are shipped it does not tell you that it will not unfold until you insert battery and the battery will not fit in the cage until it is unfolded also you must insert the handpiece and turn on and play with the numbers till you find the correct number that will unfold it. they also ship a bag of tools and Allen wrenches but do not tell you what to use them for found out on another wheelchair type that you have to unscrew a bolt to attach the seatbelt to the side this is nowhere in their book also they tell you to unfold the wheelchair pull up on the back and press down on the seat this does not apply to this model you will strain a gut trying to do this with this model. the manual needs to be updated with step by step instructions also this weighs 75 lb or more when assembled it will take two people to lift it up in your vehicle if you do not have a ramp to drive it up and also will not drive up when folded down. as far as the frame goes it's very sturdy I like it it drives good but very poor instructions booklet design and instructions step by step because there is nothing good luck to anyone and gets it maybe this will help you in advance.
