Cheap, not cozy and not cute

This product warns that it is Chinese sizes and runs small, so I used the size chart and it was still too small. Stick with it since it's not worth returning sure to shipping cost. The sweater itself is not nearly as soft and cozy as it appears in the picture. And while I understand the seams are intentionally turned around it just looks like it's on inside out, and that doesn't look intentional like other sweaters of this style that I have bought. Lastly, the sleeves are long, I was surprised since every sweater over ever bought has sleeves that are too short for me, but that is clearly intentional that the sleeves are extra long, however I didn't realize in the photo they are a bell shape with an elastic band. TLRD I don't like this sweater at all, it's not cute, cozy and it's very cheaply made; buyer beware.
