Melissa & Doug Round the Construction Zone Work Site Rug With 3 Wooden Trucks (39 x 36 inches)

Super cute rug, just enough detail for them to let their imaginations run wild. Very excited to put it out and get their trucks to work. Unfortunately, our cat loved it too. First snag was an easy repair, but second attack was from behind when it was rolled up and set aside. Tore through the rubber backing pulling a lot of carpet fibers through. Alas, a little black and brown sharpie from the top side to match the adjacent rug fibers and we are back to playtime. Well strategic playtime...in a room, with a door, and a room search to make sure the cat isn't in there with us before we take the rug out.

My grands (6 and 3) are having fun with this rug and the construction vehicles. They have added cars, trucks and other toys and are using their imaginations each time they spread this out. Good colors, lots of options for more than one child to enjoy playing.
