great magnet set except for...

This set is colorful, diverse and extremely well made. The magnets are strong and the wood itself is thick and sturdy. it comes in a nice real wood box but the only issue is that it doesn't have a cover to the box to keep everything in. A slide-on wood cover would have made it perfect!

You can never go wrong with anything from Melissa and Doug. The quality is always the best and this is no exception. My grandchildren aged 2 and almost 4 opened this gift and within seconds had the animals on the fridge and all over the house mimicking the animal sounds. I expect these will bring hours of fun for quite a while.
