Like walking on clouds

I was experiencing foot and shin pain when I was running or power walking. To help remedy this, I went to a shoe store to get fitted for shoes. After the foot scan the store clerk brought out 3 types of shoes that would be best for my feet. These ASICS Gel-Kayano 30 were 1 of the 3 pairs that were presented to me, and these were my favorite by far. The store didn't have the color I wanted so I ordered directly from ASICS. Ever since I have been wearing these shoes during my workouts my feet nor my shins ache any longer. It is incredible how a pair of shoes can make or break you!

I've been running with Asics running shoes for over 40 years now, from Tigers to GT's, and now Kayano's. I credit Asics shoes as one of the reasons that I am still running, albeit not as fast or far, at age 80, with no knee issues.
