Love these! We moved into a subdivision of about 150 homes a few years ago with lots of trick-or-treaters. We have made it a tradition to give glow necklaces for Halloween (from the youngest child to the oldest adult ). The kids and parents love them for different reasons -- the kids just think it's really fun to glow and the parents appreciate it for the safety. We also order extras to create glow designs in the yard. This year was, of course, a bit different. We set up a table at the end of our driveway and let the little goblins/parents serve themselves. Thankfully a nice night, so we were able to sit safely outside and greet the neighbors as they came by.
