Damaged Rug
Received this item as a new purchase still in the wrap it was delivered in and the end of the rug is damaged. One of the tags on it says "return center " sent it to me. I am wondering if someone returned it for the same reason? Its really disheartening that either the supplier would send this out this way or the carriers can't take enough care when delivering product that it gets delivered damaged??
