Well made.

The plastic parts are a little thicker than my previous spinner. The gearing is lower so you can't spin it as fast as the others, which is probably why the basket broke on my previous spinner. Other comments mention hitting there knuckles while spinning, but there is ample room to hold it to avoid that. I also hand wash instead of using the dishwasher.

So great for lettuce from the garden! This is a true spin dryer so I will be able to use it for herbs at harvest time as well. First time I used it I actually wondered if I really washed it the lettuce was so dry! Wash n rinse n spin n salad for a week with this.
