Loloi Anastasia AF-07-Sand-Lt-Blue-67x92 Area Rug

I ordered five (5) area rugs, all the same pattern, but different sizes. Four came by Fed Ex and were OK to handle by my husband & me, since we are in our 80's. They were dropped off at our front porch. The final rug, VERY LARGE, was delivered by Fed Ex Freight, and Hayneedle and the Freight Place assured me that the deliver people would haul it into the house,and help move the furniture for us. Well, the ""single"" delivery person said ""he wasn't even allowed to enter our house."" (Wanted to place the large carpet into our garage.) I tried to reach Hayneedle with three (3) consecutive telephone calls. Each time I was put on hold, then cut off. I ranted enough to the ""delivery"" person, so he hauled the carpet, (filthy plastic wrapping and all,) into our living room and ""plopped"" it down on the floor, and walked out. It took my husband and me, two days and much struggling - to not only clean off all the ""dirt"" that was left from the wrapping, but, to move the furniture, a little at a time,& roll out the rug on our knees. I was very disappointed with the NO response from Hayneedle, and I did not call them back after the three disconnects. There is even a note on the freight invoice that says SETUP. NO, I did not call the Freight People - I just won't order from Hayneedle anymore. And, yes, I told Hayneedle that we were old.
