No BPA or phthalates, EcoJarz Drink lids are entirely non-reactive and can be used with hot or cold beverages without any worry of chemical leaching. This lid is designed to fit Wide Mouth mason jars – please check your jars to make sure this lid will fit. Your jar should measure 3 inches inside the top, or around 3-3/8 inches from thread to thread. This item will not fit the smaller, regular mouth mason jars, which measure 2-3/4 inches across the rim.

Please note that the Jar Band is NOT included. A jar band is necessary to attach an EcoJarz lid. It works just like a canning jar lid. You can use a standard tin jar band that comes with a mason jar. We recommend washing your new EcoJarz lid thoroughly with soap and water before use. If you are using a tin jar band, be sure that after washing and drying it you store it in a dry place to avoid rust.
