An excellent product
The package arrived on-time, and was packaged very well. Everything needed was included with no damage, except for one slightly deformed edge of a panel, which created no problem. Assembly went smoothly, probably due to my husband's engineering skills. I had some difficulty interpreting the assembly instructions, but he had very little. He was impressed with how well things were designed. Overall, it is attractive, seems sturdy, and meets my needs for a modest sized greenhouse.

Nice product. Arrived within a week of purchase!
I was very pleased that I was assigned a customer service person to assist me throughout the ordering and delivery process. I purchased this greenhouse in early June 2018. Due to the heat index in TN, I am just finishing the project on August 7th. The kit arrived in three boxes for the 8' x 12' size. I was able to assemble the kit without help and was very pleased with the instructions. I did have two items which were slightly damaged and called the assistance number, resulting in the new items arriving within a few days. I will not say that the project was easy, but I was able to find and assemble all of the pieces. Due to where I live, I did find it necessary to add the polyethylene foam rope in the places where air leaks would occur. I am a happy customer and would purchase this item again.

Greenhouse = Happier Vegetables
The aluminium frame is robust, and the panels are indeed unbreakable. I appreciate the durability of this greenhouse. The vent window is a nice touch, providing good ventilation. I also like the magnetic door catch; it's a small but thoughtful feature.
