NXR RH Series Professional 30" Under Cabinet Range Hood, Stainless Steel

This is an incredible fan that we're so happy we purchased. It does the job and is the least noisy kitchen fan we've ever had over the last several (30?) years. Hard to believe for a "professional style" fan but true. We like the stainless steel baffles, the LED lighting (bright enough for us) and the delayed shut off so you can hit the button and walk away, knowing it will suck up the last bit of odor while you're enjoying your meal. We installed this ourselves in our new kitchen over a 36 inch induction cooktop. We followed the instructions and ensured we had the requisite 8 inch chimney all the way to the roof. Pretty sure if you're doing a remodel, you'll want to ensure your chimney is the correct size for this or you aren't getting the power it provides. That may mean, if you don't have the right skillset, hiring a contractor to replace a standard 6 inch chimney. Also, this thing is pretty hefty. If you're installing this yourself, plan to have a strong helper. We separately purchased a stainless backsplash with shelf and rail from a different vendor but it all works. Would we purchase this hood fan again? Absolutely.
