So grateful to find a comprehensive liquid multivitamin! What I've learned is that liquid format bypasses the difficult breakdown phase required by solid capsules, meaning faster nutrient availability and zero digestive discomfort. Also with pills, some nutrients can get trapped in undissolved binders and pass through the body as waste whereas liquid ensures a higher percentage of the nutrients actually make it into the body's system. Also, the taste is decent. Thank you Mary Ruth for offering this option! My only change request/feedback would be to please put it in a glass BPA free bottle.
