misleading description

The description suggests that the loops at each end are JUST webbing. That would have been exactly what I needed. Unfortunately, the loop at one end contains a very stiff metal rod that I cannot get my foot through. I have not been able to bend it open enough, even with several tools. It should come as no surprise that a person who needs an assistance device for leg lifting would not be a super strong person overall. I'll keep it to avoid return shipping costs.
