These pads are great for those long trips like airplane travel or cross country drives. They are extra long so you're protected both front and back in case of accidents, and they do not chafe, which is an added bonus of the TENA fabric. Other pads are intended for 'monthly' protection, and not for incontinence, and these really do the job well.
