Damaged when arrived

It was as described and it cute. Assembly was difficult. The box was badly damaged when it arrived and six of the pieces inside were damaged. I have emailed the company who sent it and have not received a reply. That is very frustrating. It was probably damaged during shipping but someone needs to stand behind it.
