U.S. Polo Assn. Men's Utility Pant

I was looking for a drawstring, lightweight pair of pants to wear around the house or to the stores. These were it! I wanted them to be cotton or mostly cotton for coolness. These were it! Elastic waist had enough stretch to feel snug and with enough give when bending or stretching. They do have belt loops and a sturdy zipper, too. Overall, the quality of the material and construction was way better than I expected! A real good value for the money!
