Hand warmers to keep your body warm

I would highly recommend these hand warmers. They're good for being outdoors in the cold to keep your hands warm. If you're in the car and the heater don't work of course it's always good to have some in your car. I bought them to have it in the house because I'm older than my children, of course and they constantly stay hot. At 70° in the house, I still freeze to death so I have to wear layers of clothes and my hands get cold so I use the hand warmers under the blanket to keep my hands warm or my I use them on my neck. I use them on my in my shoes for my feet when I'm sitting just chilling. Great item been around a long, long time and like I said, I highly recommend it.

My home is poorly insulated. Very impressed how long the heat lasts in one little packet, I am betting it was way over 8 hours. Was a little too toasty tossed into my bedding. Will put into a sock before putting it near my cold feet the next night I feel a chill.
