Beautiful ring but the jacket is bent!

I broke my original wedding set and it was beyond repair so I was looking for a cheaper set since I'm so rough on my hands. I loved the look of this set so I ordered it and it is beautiful but the top part of the jacket is bent and doesn't fit around the rest of the ring. I understand that this a cheap set but I would still expect it to have all pieces fit together.
