• Hailing from the villages of West Africa, these beautiful African waist beads are modeled after traditional Ghanaian coconut beads. Each set measures approximately 36" in size, and can be shortened to your liking by removing beads. Also known as vulcanite beads, these beads were traditionally made using recycled phono records cut up in a sequin-like fashion. Available in a variety of colors and sizes.
