They have great worry free absorbency. Had an accident when couldn't get to rest room was not at home. It filled up no leakage. They are thin for an overnight incontinence diaper to where I keep one in my purse just for rare situations. I have diabetic nerve neuropathy in the bladder, which causes bladder to get exhausted. Depends has helped me throughout the years. I can wear them as a panty. I am 53.
