Customer support from Mark was amazing

I forgot my password for both the DVR and the app, and I also lost access to my account because the person who set it up previously is not communicating with me anymore. However, thanks to Mark' assistance and patience, he managed to help me reset my password on the DVR and also guided me through the reset process on my phone. It took some time, but with his help, we were able to resolve the issue.

Very nice system at a reasonable price

Recently experienced a break-in and decided to invest in a surveillance system for added security. Opted against wireless due to concerns about reliability, so I opted for a wired system instead. I extended the cables using separate 100 ft extensions and ran them throughout my property, even through walls and conduit. I've had to set up the unit a couple of times in different locations, but I'm pleased with how it's working so far. The system seems to capture most of the action, although it has a tendency to mistake crows for people, which is a minor inconvenience. Overall, I'm quite satisfied with this system, especially considering the reasonable price for the quality it offers.
