I actually bought these golf balls to give to my ladies golf group because we were playing on Valentine's Day. Since they are red, it was a cute gift. However, some ladies have gotten more lift from these balls and they have improved their distance. The matte red makes the balls easy to see. They are very good golf balls for the every day golfer. Volvik's are great golf balls

I highly recommend Volvik golf balls. They look great and play great. For you information, the Vivid ball has a matte finish which is very dull. If you want more shine, go with the crystals. Both types of balls are bright and very easy to spot on the course. You'll get lots of compliments!
