WE ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT! it was very easy to put together and we love the fact that it has a clip to lock the pieces together!

This sectional looks in person exactly as it is pictured online. It is beautiful. It is very firm to sit on. I don't know if it will soften over time and use. If you like your couch firm, then this should receive 5 stars. It was packaged exceptionally well. Each piece was in it's own cheesecloth bag (that you can save to reuse for future moves) and was then securely boxed in cardboard with protective flaps under the seams to help protect the furniture when cutting open the boxes (I was extremely impressed by this). On the larger pieces, there are zippered in sections underneath that contain the legs (this is where I put the shipping bags for future use). It was very easy to screw on all the legs and all tools were included. On the corner piece, the legs and hardware (described in the next paragraph) were tucked under the cushion. A great feature is that you have the option of screwing on latches that allow you to "lock" the sections together. They are easily unlocked by lifting the corner section. I did not need to use this feature for our current purposes, but may in the future. Overall, I am very happy with this purchase. In the photo, you will notice 2 cubes - purchased from Walmart.
