I then called support and was told to just keep it and they refunded my money. It fits my husband so he wears it. I tried to order a smaller size for me (a medium) but my order was canceled for some reason by Walmart. Product may no longer be available. I still liked the product. It appears to be well made and soft. I'm disappointed that my order was canceled. I guess I will have to wait until next year.
