Received a scratched item. The seller didn't want to accept the return and tried to gaslight me about it being a natural inclusion. It was a very obvious scratch that also kept going onto the silver part of the rim. You could also feel the scratch with your fingers. I thought things happen I'll give the seller a second chance. So I reordered it, but he started harassing me about the return saying it's not profitable to him to sell the ring to me and canceled the new order. Very bad experience with this seller.
