Whether I'm running, lifting weights, or kickboxing, the Poise Ultimate Absorbency pads have kept my pants dry. They also don't run or chafe my skin. These pads are big, but they are thin, which make them look discreet under pants. They adhere very well to my panties, and I've never had an issue with them shifting during my workouts.
