Pfirst Series 2-Handle Kitchen Faucet with Side Spray in Polished Chrome

The faucet insides started to leak, both sides, and the pull down hose end started to give problems. I called Pfister and all the items are under lifetime warranty. I will never have to buy another faucet. This is unheard of in the industry and recommend paying a little more for the protection. I won't buy any other brand. Customer service was fabulous and I got the parts promptly.

I chose it for the color but more importantly for the high faucet that lets me get pitchers and big pots filled. It is easy to turn on and off with gooey hands and the soap dispenser is great to use and keeps the counter looking clean. I love that I have a hose sprayer that doesn't take up extra sink space since it stores in the faucet itself. After a couple of years the faucet developed a drip but the customer service was great and sent a replacement part under the warranty. No hassles and it fixed the problem and was easy to replace. Well worth the money for the look, the quality, the customer service and the warranty which I didn't even realize I had until I called expecting to pay for a replacement part.
