The cookware's flat bottom provides even heat distribution and accommodates all ceramic, electric, halogen and gas cooktops. Oven safe up to 500°F (260°C). Dishwasher safe but hand washing recommended. Cleanup is easy with warm, soapy water and a nylon sponge.
