Silver-Tone Flower Ring with crystals from Swarovski

I was really looking forward to wearing this ring. It's very similar to a Cartier ring I had long ago as an engagement ring (I broke the engagement and gave the ring back.) I've always missed that ring and told myself I'd buy it for myself one day. I decided to buy a more inexpensive version with a similar effect and decided on this one. I don't want to wear flashy jewelry and this one looked perfect. Pretty but not overly expensive looking. Well, it never got to me. DHL marked it as delivered to my mailbox, but imagine my disapointment when it wasn't there. Walmart kept telling me stories about what happened to it (several different stories and none were true.) Finally they contacted the seller to send me a replacement, but I never got a response about that. So I contacted Walmart again today to ask for a refund. I'm really sad about it and I don't want to try again with this brand after everything I went through. I wouldn't recommend buying from them.
