good part, good price, bad USPS

I got the correct part and it fits and works as I expected. Getting it took a long time because the first order shipped by USPS tracked to the Indianapolis postal center where it just seemed to sit for days then disappeared off the face of the tracking screen. So I canceled that order and ordered again from the same company figuring it wasn't their fault. So I tracked it again and sure enough at the Indianapolis postal center it just sat for days (as in over a week). I was busy and forgot about it for a few days and when I finally went to cancel the order I got a message saying it was delivered. I ran out to my mailbox and to my surprise it was there, so all's well that ends well - luckily I wasn't in a hurry.
