The picture did not do it justice. The colors are vibrant and the rug is beautiful. It was securely wrapped and a bit of a challenge to open which meant shipping did not do any damage or soil/stain it. Within minutes of unrolling it, it lay flat on the floor. I haven't put it down yet as we are doing some work and fall cleaning in the living room but I can already tell it's better quality than the rug we're replacing.
